I grew up in a violent, abusive home. I carried deep anger toward my father and toward men. I played the “pick me girl,” the manipulative actress, the wounded child pretending to be a woman. I broke hearts, was the crazy girl that I help you get over, and I had a pattern of self-abuse that made me a rollercoaster of angry emotions - sound familiar?

Two people I deeply respected — my favorite acting coach Larry Moss and Charlotte Kasl, author of Women, Sex & Addiction — called me out so hard I couldn’t go back to sleep. I recovered into the truth. They asked me when I was going to stop playing the little cute girl and become the Goddess I am. Mic drop.

I stopped. I simply stopped playing the little girl. And I never worked again. LOL I stopped putting on an act and I stopped being chosen- literally. I became present. And I became a director. I found my actual purpose: restoring humans by slaying chronic pain with sacred humor — especially for men and survivors.

I talk a lot about the sword: that invisible sword in your chest from what happened to you. Childhood. War. Betrayal. Addiction. Religion. Family. Whatever your story is.
