After traveling and speaking in the trauma/recovery world for a decade, Angela made a promise to survivors to keep being funny!

So she rolled her humor into her personal love - FOOD! 

She became a cook at 8 when her mom got custody of her again and built her a kitchen all her size. The catch was: if you're hungry, you have a kitchen! 

Angela created the comedy cooking show, Stirring Up Trouble, to share her stories and cooking secrets while making you laugh while opening your mind and mouth!

The last episode of the first season got her fired from Norte Dame because she showed how to find "the spot" on a woman. It was funny and her mom was there. 

When she received an official letter stating that she was being hired to speak about violence against women, not women's sexuality, and therefore they were terminating her contract, Angela went from apologizing to an ah-ha moment! The two, violence and sexuality, are directly related. When we learn, practice, and teach healthy spiritually connected sexuality, we heal the violence! Duh... 

The gift of being let go sent Angela deep into studying sexual healing and becoming a trained holistic sexual healing coach for men and women!
